Well, you've hit All About Style, which is one of my usual haunts, and I'm assuming you know about The Dark Project over on MTS. Cocomama (also MTS) has done a few things I get a lot of use out of-- a teen conversion of the Nightlife vampire dress, for one thing, and some men-in-tights meshes that are a little off but still passable-- and of course adult clothes can be made to work for young adults and elders just by changing one value in SimPE, so I do that a LOT. Have you checked out Iamliz13, Sherahbim, and Mio0331? There are also a few darned good meshes from Sim Ages over on The Booty. Once I tried firing up The Elegant Sim using the Wayback Machine, but I only got two outfits.

Kids' clothes are hard to find, though. Kunoichi Katie has done these recolors of Aligeth's Assassin's Creed child mesh that I find darned useful, and somewhere in last year's Garden of Shadows October monthly theme thread, Ghanima did a child conversion of the Nightlife vampire dress. Sunni has been cranking out useful clothes lately, too.

I do plan to make more clothes before too long, but Cynnix is working on a whole mess of updated meshes with pregmorphs-- AF, TF, and AM-- so on top of having eleventy bazillion other projects on my plate, I'm kind of waiting for that. I'm all excited by the idea of permanently replacing aaaaaaall the meshes that don't grow a bump at the end of that first day.

My policy, unless otherwise noted, is 'do whatever you want as long as you credit everyone whose work is involved and don't break their policies.' Usually, someone whose meshes, textures, actions, coding, or templates I've used has 'no paysites' somewhere in their policy, so it's probably a good idea to assume, well, no paysites.
